A Stylish Stroll Through Edinburgh: Visiting Talking Tables Stockists

Posted by on

July saw Milly and Miriam taking a trip to the vibrant and historic city of Edinburgh to visit four incredible stores that proudly stock Talking Tables products. From bustling high streets to countryside gems, each destination offered something unique — and all showcased Talking Tables with creativity and flair. Here’s a peek inside their inspiring retail journey.

Eden: Independent spirit in the heart of the city

The visit to Eden was nothing short of energising. Managed by Chalan, this store is one of four beautifully curated shops along a single, independent-loving street — two of which proudly stock Talking Tables products.

Eden stood out with its strong displays of the Bon collection, including eye-catching gingham table setups that made a bold impact. They also had a striking fringe festival window display for August, featuring lemon-themed products and pieces from our Souk range.

Some firm customer favourites in the store include the fruity candle holders working so well alongside the other foodie themed products they displayed.

Restoration Yard: A beautiful destination in a country park setting

Nestled in the grounds of a country park, Restoration Yard offers a retail experience that’s as much a day out as it is a shopping trip. We were wowed by the store’s incredible visual merchandising.

The displays featured Bon products, glassware, bud vases, children’s games, and birthday ranges, all thoughtfully segmented into beautifully themed areas. A highlight was seeing products used out of packaging - bunting in the changing rooms and mushroom lights in the kids' bedroom setup brought everything to life.

Restoration Yard offers a premium, lifestyle-led shopping experience that cannot be missed when youre in the area!

Paper Tiger: A roaring success for the Edinburgh Escape Room

With four locations across the city, Paper Tiger is a beloved Edinburgh staple - and the exclusive launch partner for the new Edinburgh Escape Room game.

Milly and Miriam’s timing was perfect, arriving just as the new game launched. Displays across all four stores were bold, bright, and buzz-worthy, drawing in curious passers-by. Paper Tigers owner Michael and the store team were thrilled with how the launch weekend went, sharing that customers had been asking about the game even before it hit the shelves.

The team also praised the Bon collection, noting strong sales and excellent birthday displays.

Everyone's Design: Longstanding stockists with timeless taste

Rounding out the Edinburgh visit was a stop at Everyone’s Design, where Milly and Miriam met the wonderful Debbie and Agnes, with over three decades of combined experience.

The store was packed with Talking Tables treasures. Their window display featured Bon Appetit lines, including the charming gingham napkins styled open across the table. The team was enthusiastic about SS25 ranges, particularly the enamel and gingham lines, which they said were very well received.

Only two Sammy fish remained in stock, a clear sign of strong customer demand! The team is also looking forward to receiving the Hot Stuff range and animal candle holders, especially the partridges, new for AW25.

From the festival-ready windows of Eden to the serene and stylish setup of Restoration Yard, and the buzzing energy of Paper Tiger to the loyal dedication of Everyone’s Design, this Edinburgh visit was packed with creativity, feedback, and fresh inspiration.

We’re incredibly proud to partner with such thoughtful retailers who bring Talking Tables to life in their own unique way.
