Registration and account

How do I register for a trade account?

You can click here to be redirected to the application page. Please be sure to select the correct territory.

How do I sign up to the newsletter?

Once your account has been approved, you will automatically receive our newsletters.

I've forgotten my trade password

Please email custserv@talkingtables.co.uk, and we will send an invitation to reset your password.

How do I sign into my account?

You can find the sign in tab at the top righthandcorner of the website homepage. Alternatively click here to be redirected to the sign in page.

Do you offer credit accounts?

We do offer credit accounts - if your application is successful, we will run some credit checks to see if you applicable for a credit – if we cannot find anything we will ask you for some references. You can of course have a proforma or pay up front account as well.

My website/store is not yet ready to trade, can I still apply for a trade account?

Yes, you can apply for an account, but we cannot allow access to a trade account or approve the application until your website is ready, and we can ascertain you are buying for business purposes. In some cases, we may be able to provide a small selection of pricing to help with your costings.

Do you allow the resale of Talking Tables products on third party websites such as Amazon, Facebook, Ebay, Etsy?

Talking Tables does not allow the resale of our products on any third party sites. We invest heavily in design and product innovation and as a premium brand are mindful of the environment we are seen in. We have a handful of authorised resellers but are not looking to add any more.

Orders and payments

What is your minimum order value?

We don’t have a minimum order value in the UK. However, any order below £275 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £8.50 and minimum back order carriage paid is £150.

For EU customers, there is a minimum order value of 300€ with a delivery charge of 50€. We offer free delivery on orders over 500€.

How do I pay for my first order?

Online orders can be paid for with all major credit and debit cards and BACs.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin to process your order as soon as we receive it, your order is for dispatch within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability.

How long will it take to get my order to UK mainland?

Your order will normally be delivered within 3-4 working days if sending by cartons. If your order is large enough to send by pallets this will be approximately 4-5 working
days.

Will a tracking number be provided?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. However, a tracking number cannot be provided where you order contains explosives or if it’s being shipped in pallets.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Once you have received an order confirmation from us the order can no longer be amended through ourwebsite. If you wish to amend your order, please contact custserv@talkingtables.co.uk. Please note, we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Please contact custserv@talkingtables.co.uk, with your order number and we will be very happy to help.

I have received my order, but something is missing or damaged.

Please contact custserv@talkingtables.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue, if goods are damaged please supply images.

Products, images and descriptions

May I use your item descriptions for my own website?

Yes of course – we are keen that you portray the same message as us about our products.

May I use the images shown on your website?

As a customer, you will have access to our Photo Shelter image library which will provide you with both cut outs and lifestyle images. Please click here for the Ts & Cs.

How can I see the prices?

To see our product prices, simply register for a trade account. Once you've been accepted and set up, you can sign in with your credentials and be able to view all our prices and minimum order quantities.

Are there any age restrictions on your products?

Yes, to purchase the indoor explosive items such as fountains, sparklers, table bombs, party poppers you need to be at least 16 years-old.

Can I sell Talking Tables indoor fireworks in my store?

Yes, you can hold 5kg of explosive content and sell our fireworks year-round without a firework sales licence. For reference 5kg is around 1,000 ice fountains or 350 packs of 02 mini sparklers.

Can I use your napkins for decoupage?

You may use our napkins to create handmade items or artwork for resale, just please no mass production. Please do not copy images to print your own napkins or paper items for resale.

Deliveries and returns

What are your delivery charges?

If you are within mainland UK we offer free delivery on orders above £275 excluding VAT.

For EU customers, there is a minimum order value of 300€ with a delivery charge of 75€. Orders 500€ and over do not incur any carriage charge.

When can I expect my delivery?

We dispatch our UK orders within 2-3 working days. Our current delivery schedule for countries outside of the UK is up to 14 working days.

Do you ship to my country?

We can ship to mainland UK and to EU countries. If you are outside of these territories, we can still deliver you order however shipping cost and availability will vary depend on region and size of order. For more information on specific territories please do contact us at custserv@talkingtables.co.uk.

What happens if I want to return the items I have ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items within 7 working
days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened unless they were received damaged.

I want to purchase indoor fireworks and have them delivered within the UK, is this possible?

Yes, we can deliver indoor explosives, including sparklers, party poppers and cake fountains. Due to delivery limitations on indoor explosives, orders containing any of these products must be a minimum order value of £1000.
