Boards to follow on Pinterest this Christmas

Posted by on

Whether interested in Christmas crafts, dinner party recipes or home decor, Pinterest is one of our favourite sources of festive inspiration. As the season draws closer, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favourite boards to feel inspired by this year.

FOR FESTIVE TREATS - DELIGHT FUEL

Delight Fuel is this year’s pick for festive baking ideas. Their Pinterest is full of recipes for delicious sweet treats sure to inspire you to bake something for (or with) your loved ones.  Alternatively you might choose to wrap up your baked goods and give them as tasty homemade gifts.

A highlight of the blog is its dedication to providing recipes for all types of dietary requirements, whether gluten free, vegan, paleo or dairy free, Delight Fuel has something delicious for everyone to enjoy.

FOR CHRISTMAS CRAFTING - HANDMADE CHARLOTTE

Handmade Charlotte’s Pinterest is a treasure trove of creative crafting ideas, including lots of wonderfully imaginative Christmas crafts.

We love how Charlotte’s ideas cover a range of difficulties and budgets, with most of her projects using low-cost, household materials. The accessibility of many of Charlotte’s craft ideas make them great seasonal activities for younger children, special needs art clubs as well as nursing homes. She also has many projects more experienced crafters are sure to enjoy.

FOR ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS - JOLLY FESTIVE

Jolly Festive, who have previously featured on ‘Kirsty’s Homemade Christmas’ have a Pinterest account and blog dedicated to all things Christmas. Their Pinterest features a huge collection of amazing boards, covering areas such as ‘DIY Christmas Gifts’, ‘Eco Christmas’,‘Christmas Decor Ideas’ and many more.

They’re a great account to follow for those who love making the most of the season and incorporating lots of personal touches into their decorations and gifts.

FOR INSPIRING DECOR - DIMPLES AND TANGLES

On her blog ‘Dimples and Tangles’, Jennifer shares regular home tours, showcasing how she decorates her beautiful home for each event in the calendar, from Christmas to Halloween to Valentines Day and more.

For Christmas last year, she transformed her space with whimsical, retro-inspired decorations and a gorgeous bright palette of leaf green, candy pink and cherry red. A refreshing and cheerful change from the traditional Christmas palette, yet no less magical.

Jennifer’s decor tied into some of our favourite festive trends from last year, notably the use of pink and green, candy stripe prints and exaggerated bows. Considering their popularity, we expect to see these trends appear again this year, alongside new styles.

We look forward to seeing more of Dimples and Tangles' dreamy Christmas content this year.
