Cheers to helping local brands become more sustainable

What's your summer cocktail of choice? We have new spot for you to try!

On Friday some of the team went down to bustling Pop Brixton to visit ABV Brixton - a cocktail bar that we have recently collaborated with to help make their business more sustainable. They will now be serving their delicious drinks selection in our eco-friendly cups.

“After a long time trading and developing these products in larger retailers, it is great that we are now in a place to be able to facilitate small businesses to be more sustainable. When ABV reached out, we were more than happy to support and supply them with a UK manufactured, 100% certified plastic free cup.” - TT’s Matt, who worked on the collab.

ABV's Lee says “The drinks industry has a bad rep in regards to waste but there has been a significant shift to more sustainable practices in the past few years. At ABV we are conscious to do whatever we can to minimise our carbon footprint and impact on the world so this collaboration with Talking Tables is great for us and the planet” 

Each cup includes a QR code so there’s no need to go up to the bar to peruse the menu (though you may want to try them all like we did!)

From seeing the thorough tests being done with a variety of liquids in the Talking Tables office, to enjoying one in the bar itself we’re proud to see the work pay off and to help another business become more sustainable 👏🏻
